We welcome all qualifying returns for store credit/exchange only within 30 days from the date of the purchase If you would like a different size we encourage you to order your new size and we will refund you the old size once we receive the return

Non Qualifying items - smells of smoke, pet odor, or body order, has stains, tags are missing, has been washed/worn - items will not be accepted for return.
If items do not qualify for store credit/exchange you will need to make arrangements for it to be returned.
Exchanged Items - Due to the cost of shipping we will have to charge what USPS is charging us to ship an exchange item to the customer. 
Once your items are received they will be processed within 3-5 business days and at this time you will be issues a store credit through your customer account in the price of the item(s) and you will be able to use your credit on anything you would like.
Very IMPORTANT if you are returning shoes, the shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional protective shipping box such as the box your shoes were delivered in. 
Changes to Orders If you need to make any changes to your order please email Fashion Girl HQ immediately after your purchase. Once your order is processed we will do our very best to modify the contents of your order but once it is on the shipping dock in containers we will not be able to do so.
